If you do not follow the terms below, you may lose access to adopting characters and placing commissions in the future or be completely banned or blacklisted. Please read the terms carefully and ask any questions you may have.

GENERAL

I have a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of harassment and hate speech including but not limited to xenophobia, Islamophobia, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism and bullying.ANY instances of this on ANY of my platforms towards ANYONE will promptly be deleted, you will be blocked and blacklisted from purchasing and interacting with my work.Bids are not to be placed by anyone under the age of 16 and purchases off my Ko-Fi store are not to be made by anyone under 16 without consent from a parent or guardian.

As an artist and a queer person I believe that all art in some sense is political and it would be silly of me to make an art account without addressing that. I believe that political conversations are necessasary, not only in being a good citizen but also a good artist. However, I will never engage in unproductive conversations and my social media is not a place for negativity. My platforms will be a place for positivity and civil discussion ONLY. I would prefer to avoid political discussion but I believe there is a time and place for it. Please keep in mind that everything that goes on the internet stays on the internet and consider if you truly understand a topic before discussing it.Kind regards,

ADOPTS

With the purchase of one of my adopts you agree to the following terms and conditions:You CAN post, redraw, alter, and customize the character as you wish. You may also purchase art from other artists. However, I must always be credited as the original artist.You CAN NOT commission, draw, or edit my adopts to be in/take part in NSFW content. This includes nudity, excessive gore, sexual content, or offensive content. You can not post the character without crediting me AND any other artist involved in the work(for example, if you commission a ref-sheet of one of my adopts and don't credit both me AND the artist of the reference sheet)All purchases/bids are final.

COMMISSIONS

With the purchase of a commission slot you agree to the following.
You MAY post and commission other work using my art as a reference as long as I am credited. You consent to open and honest communication during the.All instances of my artwork must credit me.You MAY NOT alter, trace or edit the commissioned artwork, you may not use my artwork in nsfw content/contexts.I do not accept refunds (under most conditions). Progress images
will be shared during the commission process. If discontent with the final product I cannot provide you with a discount. Any issue will hopefully be caught during the production process.The times listed on each commission slot are approximated, once I have received your request I will give you an estimated timeline. I am a full time student. If there ever comes a time when I cannot finish a commission within an appropriate amount of time (2 weeks after the original deadline) you will be fully refunded. Your commission may or may not be finished after this time, if so, a discount will be applied.If you have any questions my DM’s are always open and there is never any harm in asking :3 I'd rather you ask than accidentally break TOS.
